        the resources provided through the APEX Accelerator. Formerly known
        as the Maryland Procurement Technical Assistance Center, this organization
        offers free counseling and training opportunities to showcase best
        practices for a business owner to become familiar with the contracting

        out to the Harford County Chamber of Commerce to learn the benefits of
