Dear Friends,

Harford County is honored to support our nation’s armed forces
and defense community. As an Army veteran, I value the mission to
protect our freedom and way of life. As county executive, I am proud
that we are home to Aberdeen Proving Ground and excited about
economic opportunities that lie ahead.

To advance these opportunities, former CECOM DCG Larry Muzzelo,
who is a part of my administration, has an office on post, and he
works closely with Economic Development Director Karen Holt
inside and outside APG’s gates. Bob Brown, our veterans’ affairs
coordinator, is dedicated to connecting veterans, active military and
their families with available resources.

My administration continues working on all fronts to support our
nation’s warfighters and their economic prosperity at home. If we
