  1. How often does your publication run?
    Every 6 months, both print and digital
  2. Do I have to pay a fee every month?
    No, there is a one time cost for the six months.
  3. Do you offer a frequency discount if I sign up for the year? (two editions)
    Yes, we offer a 10% frequency discount.
  4. I would like to run my display ad in all of your print and digital directories. Do you offer a multi-book discount?
    Yes, we offer a 10% multi-book discount.
  5. When do I have to pay for my display advertisement?
    Payment is due upon signature of insertion order unless other arrangements are made.
  6. Do you have your own graphic arts department?
    Yes, we have an in-house graphic arts department.
  7. Can you design our display ad for us?
    Yes, we design camera-ready art work for you at no extra charge. You supply logo. If you do not have a logo, we will put the name of your company in the color of your choice.
  8. Will we receive an ad copy proof for our approval before our advertisement is published?
    Yes, you will receive an ad copy proof for your approval within 5 to 7 business days.
  9. Is the print directory on your website?
    Yes, the directory is both print and digital.
  10. If I advertise in your directory, will my web address and social media icons in my display advertisement be linked? If so, is there an additional charge?
    Yes, your web address and social media icons will be directly linked. This is included in the cost of your display advertisement.
  11. What premium spaces are available?
    Premium spaces are allocated everyday. You have to contact us and we will let you know what Premium spaces are available.
  12. If I reserve a premium space, will I have first option to renew this space in the upcoming directory?
    Yes, you will have first option to renew your premium space. Your account executive will contact you directly when it is time for renewal or you can contact them directly.
  13. Do you have a Classified Section in your directory?
    Due to the Armed Forces Directory being a bi-annual publication,  we have an “Employment Opportunities” category, not a Classified Section. You can advertise your company under this category!
  14. I am ready to place my display advertisement. What is my next step?
    You can contact us directly at 443-231-7438 or go to Contact Us, fill out your information and hit send! You will receive a response ASAP!
