Fun Run Series: Enjoy 5 Unique Events: Join our exciting Fun Runs – a series of 5 engaging events for enthusiasts of all ages and abilities.
2024 5K Fun Runs Schedule:
- June 15th: Summer Sizzler 5K – Run Map (PDF)
- Sept 21st: Football Frenzy 5K – Run Map (PDF)
- October 26th: Monster Dash 5K – Run Map (PDF)
- Nov 23rd: Gobble Til we Wobble 5K – Run Map (PDF)
Exclusive Finisher Medals: Be Among the First 150
- The first 150 registered participants will receive the coveted finisher medal at the end of each Fun Run.
Inclusive Course Options
- Run, walk, or scooter (non-motorized) on the 5k course. Please note, bikes are not permitted.
- Additionally, strollers are welcome on 5k runs ensuring a fun experience for all.
Pet-Friendly Run: Leashed Pets Allowed
- Leashed pets are permitted on the property, but kindly refrain from bringing them into MWR buildings.
Register to Run
Effortless Online Registration
- Online registration is available here Webtrac
- On-site registration, credit card only – $15 however, you will not receive a medal.
- Additionally, multiple runners must be done under one name.
- Lastly, registration closes at 5:00pm the Wednesday before each 5k Fun Run.
Priority Check-In & Bracelets- The initial 150 registered runners must check-in 7:30am-7:45am at starting location to receive a special bracelet for the finish line medal.
- Subsequently, collecting all 5 medals will form one large medal.

Access to the Base
Access Details for Participants
Participants without DOD ID cards must be sponsored by an authorized MWR member for installation access. Consequently, if you lack the required ID, the only method of participation is through a family member or friend who can register you for the run and drive you onto the installation. Additionally, while you may participate as a guest of an authorized runner, the responsibility to facilitate your entry rests with the authorized runner. Therefore, please check with the installation beforehand to confirm if trusted traveler (guests) policies are in effect at the time.
